Our Irish Genealogy Research Team at the Maine Irish Heritage Center is recognized as a world-class center for family tree research and DNA-based Irish Heritage projects. We have a deeply experienced team of volunteer genealogists who will work with you to help you discover your Irish roots. The process is simple.
Step 1 - Purchase research credits here. The initial assessment requires one hour. After this, we'll understand the scope of your project and will provide an estimate to continue. Sometimes, we can find quite a bit in an hour, and other times, there is quite a bit of digging to do. To obtain the best value in working with our team, become a member of the Maine Irish Heritage Center and save 50% on the research fees.
Step 2 - Complete our Genealogy Research Data Questionnaire and upload any files, family trees, and records that will be helpful. Everything you provide is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared beyond the researchers assigned to your project.
Step 3 - Book an appointment with our genealogists to review your case and to learn the initial results.
