We are looking for food trucks to feed the hungry attendees. Register and be part of the fun!

Registration is limited to 4-5 food trucks, and spots will be awarded based on when your application is received. We anticipate 300 – 400 attendees.

We're excited that you want to serve our guests on St. Patrick's Day on Sunday, 3/17, from 12:00 - 4:00 pm. We are expecting bigger crowds than usual this year since St. Patrick's Day is the same day as the parade. People will wander over once it's finished and be hungry! The food trucks are always crowd pleasers and we're excited to have you stationed in front of our iconic landmark on the corner of State and Gray. There is no cost to register. We will have parking available for 4-5 food trucks on Gray Street as well as a few food carts inside. Spaces will be allocated based on when we receive your application, keeping in mind also that we want a variety of food to be available. We encourage you to do an Irish twist on one of your regular menu items. You keep your takings. If you do well and want to donate some of your proceeds to the Maine Irish Heritage Center, we'd be very grateful. Thanks!

Upgrade Your Marketing Package

Food Trucks that participate in "The Best of All Things Irish in Maine" and donate food samples receive our standard marketing package (A) worth $250. It includes a 1/2 page ad in the event program and a series of dedicated social media posts. You may upgrade this for an additional $250 to receive greater benefits like a full-page ad and priority positioning on our website and additional traditional and social marketing spots. If you choose this option, we'll send you an invoice.

Will you provide trash cans near your truck?

We want to make sure the outside areas do not become littered throughout the evening. We ask that you take responsibility for the area near your truck.

Electrical hookups are limited and we encourage you to provide your own power.

Can you set up inside?

We have room for 4-5 trucks outside the building but can have some vendors set up inside as well. Our largest direct entrance with no stairs is 4' wide. We can not accommodate trucks inside but food carts and other limited-space setups could work.

Please include dimensions of your outdoor working footprint. If you can operate indoors, please detail your requirements for that as well. We will park all trucks in front of the Maine Irish Heritage Center and ask that you detach towing vehicles and reduce your footprint to make it as small as possible.

We expect that you will have adequate staff to operate. Let us know if you have any need for volunteers.
