It doesn't have to be perfect by Oct 16th. We just need to get an idea of your submission for the selection committee. We'll let you know if you'll be included in the program by 10/23. We'll expect your final 3-8 minute video no later than 11/16. Late entries will be replaced by runner-ups. In total, 10 winners and 4 runner-ups will be selected. Our server can accept files as large as 128MB. Most video clips are larger than this, in which case, you should provide a URL or send it by mail.
